Ketamine - intro

It seems of late we're living in, well, a bit of a fucked up world, mostly due to a very few fucked up people - it doesn't take many. That fucked up part distorts the way the rest of us interact until too many feel as if their own flavor somehow belongs to someone else.  Worry or nervousness and dread sometimes come to manipulate the course of the day, kind of as if we're being forced to eat cold french fries from a fridge, one after another, whether we want to or not. So we end up looking for relief where it's available, click over to Instagram or Facebook, open a tub of Ben and Jerry's, binge watch Game of Thrones almost as if they're dipping sauces for all those mushy fries, something to cover the flavor and ease the swallowing. Ketchup, mayo and mustard, mass produced, terrible wet ponds of solace. But - that's changing.
It's becoming clear that, well, the world would be fine without the fucked up part while it would stop rather quickly without the rest of us. There's no divine rule 'eat shrivel-y old potatoes.' We don't have to dip ourselves into those terrible wet ponds. We can make our own meals. Actually, we always have.
